So I don't know about everyone else, but I was pretty pumped when I heard the announcement. It was one of the primary things I wished we could do in EVE (now we just need some planetary exploration and I seriously would give up on real life, haha)...

Sorry, still pretty new to the game, but why is it suggested you continue to move while cloaked versus standing still and cloaked? Also, is that what the onboard scanner is for? To also pick up any cloaked ships?
